This home is both charming and unique – although the home is compact, every square foot was used to maximize the space. A R C H I T E C T U R A L   D E S C R I P T I O N

This project was a teardown – which gives you lovely large existing trees for your front yard. We wanted to preserve the trees, so we pulled back the footprint of the new house and the result is a lovely and unique façade.

The 2-story design was purposely factored into the build to provide a larger backyard. All of the secondary bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and the kitchen and living are on the main floor. We wanted the buyer to enjoy the main floor for entertaining and enjoying the gourmet kitchen, and upstairs for living.
