CAVSO IS AN INTERNATIONAL TEAM OF CUSTOM-HOME DESIGNERS, ARCHITECTS, AND BUILDERS.
With a combined 60+ years of experience and over 200 homes built around the world so far, CAVSO knows first-hand what better living looks and feels like, from your home’s facade down to the last exquisite detail of the interior. At CAVSO homes, we believe every home is unique. That’s why every one of our homes has its own, unique name and identity: Brisa (Breeze), Sueno (Dream), Libertad (Freedom), Magna (Grand) and unique design elements outside. We also consider the orientation of the lot, the neighborhood, and other elements that surround and fill the home part of what makes it special.
Fabricio, CAVSO’s business manager, has been involved in the construction industry for almost 20 years. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial building projects as well as infrastructure. He is an expert in framing–every year he does more than 700 frames–and he is well known for his skills in many other aspects of building construction.
He is very passionate about his work and is completely dedicated to it. He is a perfectionist in everything he does, but especially home building. He works to ensure that all CAVSO homes are safe and secure and that they fulfill all the required construction norms. His dream is that one day CAVSO will be recognized for the consistently high quality of all of its projects.
Carlos Avila has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and business administration, a master’s degree in construction management, and 15 years of experience building investment homes and residences with his company Con E in Guadalajara, Mexico.
He thoroughly enjoys being involved in home design, and prides himself on delivering designs that offer the homeowner every convenience. His mission is to improve people’s lives through better home design.
For every investment home, he researches the building site, sets the scope of the project, and determines the expected cost of the sale. He chooses the home design based on the tastes and preferences of current homebuyers, and he selects the home’s finishing touches based on the budget.
You can find over a dozen of these and other recent projects of Carlos Avila Con E on houzz.com.
